Returns & Refund Policy

At Fay Kanellos, we take pride in delivering a premium, beautifully crafted Wedding Planner. We hope you love your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our returns policy below.
14-Day Change of Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
• The item must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
• The planner must be returned in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your planner arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue.
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for major faults or defects.
We may request:
• Clear photos of the damage
• Your order number
• Confirmation of delivery details
If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
• Used planners
• Items damaged after delivery
• Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
• Gift cards (if applicable)

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear depending on your bank provider.
